Pick'n'Mix Jazz Strolls Mini-Courses
Pick'n'Mix strolls mini-courses allow you to learn whichever routines you want. However, if you love them all you can book the whole course!
In short, you'll be able to learn all the classic jazz strolls in our pick'n'mix strolls course!
11-25th October - "ooh aah" Charleston Stroll
(Put A Lid On It). Get lively with this perfectly adorable 1920s style Charleston routine. That is to say, it features lots of classic moves from the Charleston era. Choreographed by globally renowned dancer Sing Lim from Singapore, her routine is the most fun. Consequently, our demonstration of this routine is one of our top youtube videos with over 27,000 views!
1 -15 Nov - The Shim Sham
(Tain't What You Do / Tuxedo Junction). Originating from the original swing era, this routine was danced by all the jazz and lindy hop greats. Therefore it has become the best-known jazz routine globally. In short, it's an all-time classic!
22 Nov - 6 Dec - The Jitterbug Stroll
This routine was choreographed by world-famous UK swing dancer Ryan Francois for the legendary Jitterbugs Club in London. This is one of our favourites!
