SWINGEASY Fareham runs every Tuesday evening. Everybody is welcome, whether on your own, with a partner, or with friends.
Swingeasy is a regular weekly evening with two classes, and plenty of freestyle dancing to your favourite tunes. It is the perfect opportunity for you to keep in the swing of things in a fun and friendly environment. WHAT HAPPENS? At the start of each evening, there is a beginner SwingJive class, which you can join in whatever your level. Our team then plays your favourite tunes for freestyle practice, before a more challenging class begins at 9pm. After that, you can dance the night away until the last rack finishes at 10.15pm! Our friendly coaches will be on hand too, in case you need help with any moves, or just fancy a dance! WHO CAN COME? All are welcome. No dance experience is required for SwingEasy although some regulars have been dancing for years! WHAT TIME?
- Doors open 7.55pm
- Beginners class 8.05-8.35pm
- Intermediates class 9-9.30pm
- Finish 10.15pm
Freestyle Dancing between and after classes. HOW MUCH? Entry is £10pp per evening payable via this website. You can pre-book a series of evenings in advance. There are no refunds for missed sessions and transfers. WHERE? Fareham Social Club’s main function room combines a large dance floor with an intimate atmosphere.
