Join us for our first ever end of year highlight in Dorset! Following the huge popularity of our Absolute Beginners SwingJive Courses in Weymouth, Dorchester and Bridport, our first ever Dorset social event runs at Portesham Village Hall.

Everybody is welcome whether you’re currently on our courses, an experienced social dancer looking for a fun evening out, or you’ve never danced before but want to get involved. Bring friends and family and let them see what you’ve been learning!

This evening will start with a fun warm-up class open to all ability levels and will feature a Swinging DJ playing music that is perfect for jive and swing dancing throughout the evening, mixing swing, rock’n’roll and rhythm’n’blues. A festive theme will run throughout.

The lovely venue in the picturesque village of Portesham offers a spacious dance floor, ample seating and tables and car park. The evening is perfect for you whether you prefer to dance non-stop or just kick back, socialise and enjoy.
