Ready to add some “wow” factor to your dancing? Join us at Fareham Social Club for a fun, high-energy workshop dedicated to Dips, Tricks, and Fancy Moves! Tonight is all about adding some sparkle to your repertoire. We will teach you how to perform show-stopping moves that look fantastic on the dance floor, while keeping everything safe, comfortable, and leadable. What You Will Learn: We are running 2 x 30-minute lessons focusing on:
- Safe Dips: Learn the technique to execute dips smoothly and safely-adding a classic “Hollywood” finish to your dance without needing to be an acrobat!
- Fun Tricks: We’ll teach you some flashy but achievable moves to spice up your freestyle dancing.
- Breaks & Endings: Tips on how to use these tricks to hit the breaks in the music or finish a song in style.
Format:
- 7:30pm: Doors Open & Social Dancing.
- Lessons: Two bite-sized classes to break down the moves step-by-step.
- Freestyle: Plenty of social dancing time to practice your new moves in a relaxed atmosphere.

Travel to the Venue
Fareham Social Club is situated along Mill Road, which is ONLY accessible from the Redlands Lane end. You can’t access Mill Road directly off the A32 southbound, please find your way onto Redlands Lane. The turning for Mill Road is halfway along, near the railway bridge. Fareham Social Club is along Mill Road on the left-hand side. Enter the first driveway, directly before the building, and follow the driveway alongside the building to arrive at a large car park at the rear.
Finding The Hall
Enter through the Main Entrance of the front of the building. We use the Main Function room, which is through the door to the right at the rear of the entrance.
The venue has stipulated that nobody should be using the fire exit in the function room unless there is an emergency, so please respect this requirement.
