Launching Autumn Tuesdays Class & Dance Evenings in Fareham
Join us for a new season of Class & Dance evening at our regular Fareham venue, Fareham Social Club. This is a lovely venue with parking and a spacious dancefloor!
Following the recent tradition of our Tuesdays, we'll be in action every week until 15th December. Every session will offer a different take, we'll be mixing up the moves and the music all over again! You can book your season ticket on this page to join us for the rest of the year.
Free Opening Night!
This first evening will feature one 30-minute class starting 7.30pm with participation optional, along with dancing to swinging tunes until 9.30pm.
Spaces need to be pre-booked online via this booking page.
Guests can attend on their own or with a partner. Dancers will be invited to rotate during classes, those preferring to remain with a fixed partner are welcome to do so.
This evening is the perfect opportunity for practice following break from regular lessons. The evening would suit most people who have danced before and want a good fun evening out.

Get Back in The Swing at Tuesdays Class & Dance Evenings in Fareham
Join us to restart your dancing for new season. Tuesdays are weekly Class & Dance evenings at our regular Fareham venue, Fareham Social Club. This is a lovely venue with parking and a spacious dancefloor!
To get the Autumn Season started we're offering a September-ful of evenings that feature 2 x 30 minute classes.
- 7.45pm - 8.15pm class - will include moves from our Intermediate & Inters Plus level courses.
- 8.45pm - 9.15pm class - will include moves from our Inters Plus and Advanced level courses.
We'll be running the most uplifting mix of swingin' tunes for freestyle practice between and after class!
More Variety This Autumn!
Following the tradition of our Tuesdays in 2025-26, we'll be in action every week until 15th December.

Join us for a free, air-conditioned pre-term Class & Dance evening at our regular Farnham venue, All Hallows School. This is a lovely venue with parking and a spacious dancefloor!

At the start of the evening, there is an initial fun SwingJive class.
Our team will play your favourite tunes for freestyle practice after the class.
You can dance the night away until the last track finishes at 9.30pm. Our friendly team will be on hand too, in case you need help with any moves, or just fancy a dance!
WHO CAN COME?
This evening is aimed at those who have been on recent courses or who wish to resume social dancing. All are welcome, but these evenings are not suited for those who have never danced before.

When To Join Advanced SwingJive Courses
The Advanced SwingJive level is ideal if you have completed all THREE 10-week Inters Plus SwingJive courses, "Orange", "Purple" and "Blue" in our series of SwingJive courses.
Dancers with experience that have not been following our courses should only consider this level if they are already comfortable with basic Charleston and the 6-beat rhythm.
The new Advanced level features 3 x 10-week courses containing the most challenging content on our regular courses. Each lesson features a challenging routine containing a new move. You'll also recap moves learned earlier on the same course and from Intermediate or Inters Plus levels. The remainder of each session is dedicated to freestyle practice, with our team on hand to offer personalised guidance.
Just like at the Inters Plus level, there are three courses and each course contains different content. The three courses rotate during the year, they are colour coded as follows:
- Violet in the Autumn term every year
- Teal in the Spring term every year
- Magenta in the Summer Term every year
That's right, we've had to dig deep in our pencil case to find some more colours!
As these three Advanced level courses are at the same level of difficulty, they can be taken in any order. That is, it doesn't matter which term of the year you start learning at the Advanced level.
