SWINGEASY Fareham runs every Tuesday evening.
Everybody is welcome, whether on your own, with a partner, or with friends. No dance experience is required for SwingEasy although some regulars have been dancing for years!
Swingeasy is a regular, social weekly evening with two classes and plenty of freestyle dancing to your favourite tunes. It is the perfect opportunity for you to keep in the swing of things in a fun and friendly environment.
WHAT HAPPENS?
At the start of each evening, there is a beginner SwingJive class, which you can join whatever your level.
Our team then plays your favourite tunes for freestyle practice, before a more challenging class begins at 9pm. After that, you can dance the night away until the last track finishes at 10.15pm. Our friendly coaches will be on hand too, in case you need help with any moves, or just fancy a dance!

Swinging Balls are open to all, so you’re sure to have a great night whether you come on your own, with a partner, or with friends. Our celebrated Swinging Balls have been running for over 20 years. They have built a splendid reputation, attracting the UK’s finest jive and swing bands along with huge attendances.

The Revolutionaires have been building their reputation for over 20 years as they perform jumpin’ hot rhythm & blues. Influenced by the likes of Louis Jordan, Little Richard and Chuck Berry they’ve developed a unique, powerful sound.
The Revolutionaires First Show For The Swing Dance Co
Hailing from the North-East of England, and playing at festivals across Europe, The Revolutionaires don’t often play on the South Coast. The Swing Dance Co team have spent several years organising a date to host this much-sought-after band.
The Revolutionaires will be playing for our dancers for the first time, so come and check them out!
Other big-name performers such as The Jive Aces, Mike Sanchez, Si Cranstoun, King Pleasure and The Biscuit Boys and The Regular Joes have graced our stage. We’re delighted that The Jive Aces were keen to return to The Swing Dance Company this year.

Our Swinging Balls are more than just live band events, with memorable decorations, themed treats, and fun surprises.

Warm-Up Lesson & Swinging DJ
Our teachers will be giving a warm-up lesson to start the evening off, suitable for all levels. The Swinging DJ team will play a great mix of swing, rock’n’roll and rhythm and blues tracks to keep the dance floor busy at all other times.

The Revolutionaires have been building their reputation for over 20 years as they perform jumpin' hot rhythm & blues. Influenced by the likes of Louis Jordan, Little Richard and Chuck Berry they've developed a unique, powerful sound.
The Revolutionaires First Show For The Swing Dance Co
Hailing from the North-East of England, and playing at festivals across Europe, The Revolutionaires don't often play on the South Coast. The Swing Dance Co team have spent several years organising a date to host this much-sought-after band.
The Revolutionaires will be playing for our dancers for the first time, so come and check them out!
