Corporate activity break-out classes!

Swing dance classes are a fantastic way to get more oxygen to the brain. Therefore corporate activity break-out sessions keep your delegates’ minds active during your event.  We can arrange anything from a fun partnered SwingJive class to a challenging crazy Charleston routine.

Research has shown that thirty minutes of aerobic exercise considerably enhances creativity. Therefore a fun class is great for improving concentration, team building or as a special treat for staff.

By rotating partners during dance classes, colleagues can interact with each other. Due to the sociability of partnered classes they are a brilliant icebreaker in the early stages of an event.  As a result the shared experience creates a good talking point for later in the event.

For a more challenging session we can teach a routine with set choreography. This demands more discipline, better timing, and lead & follow skills that can translate into the workplace. Consequently, routines can be performed to an audience of colleagues too!

Whatever you need we can help. We teach both solo and partnered dance styles, so it is simple for us to cater for both mixed and single gender groups. You may prefer a gentler pace for an older group, or a challenging experience for a young and dynamic team. Therefore, whichever options you prefer everyone ends our lessons with a beaming smile regardless of age or ability.
