While experience providing instruction in any field is a plus, your attitude is what truly matters. We are looking for team members who are:

We Support You Every Step of the Way
Don't worry if you haven't taught dance before. We have an established training schedule to develop your skills, starting with small groups and teaching assistant roles. We take care of the logistics so you can focus on the fun:
- Full Training Provided: We train you in our specialized curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Resources Ready: We provide all sound equipment, music, and lesson plans.
- No Admin Stress: We handle the venues, marketing, and administration.
- Great Perks: Enjoy competitive pay (even during training!), plus we provide branded t-shirts and dance shoes for you to wear in class.
Role Requirements
- Available for at least 2 weekday evenings per week during term time.
- Have your own transport to reach our venues in Hampshire.
- Ideally, be a good dancer or have taken some of our courses (though we will assess your skills individually!).
